After finding out it wouldn't let me run anything again, I rebooted, This time my computer wouldn't let me into safe mode & just rebooted windows. But when I rebooted, Windows blocked Malwarebytes from starting up and so I wasn't able to remove the infection. Thank you again. Stopped reading there.
