I have talked to a few people about it, some say I may have a virus that has frozen my drivers.....I know nothing about computers, so this is very frustrating for I just disabled everything from the startup and it still would not work.I did run the virus stuff and a couple adware things came up, but it was all deleted and The driver you are using is wrong, your LCD might be going out, and/or your graphics card is crapping out. I was trying to help someone fix a non-booting Win8 laptop and none of the key combos worked to get into safe mode.Got Feedback?
In safe mode, i renamed the .net 4 folder as well as skype, firefox and avast folders in program files. Not sure what setting was goofed, but now everything's humming along, so I'll leave good-enough alone. I'm trying to restore it to factory settings now, hopefully that works... I reinstated all but .net folders. Ctrl-alt-deldoesn't do anything either. To be safe, you should probably use one of our dedicated uninstallers. Malware and anti-virus scans all came up clean as well.
